We are Olga, Dean, and Annie, three high school students from Melbourne, Australia who embarked on a mission to solve a problem: the difficulties teenagers face when finding their first jobs. We realized that existing job-finding platforms just weren't cutting it for us and our friends. So, we decided to take matters into our own hands and build Bloom.
Whilst trying to find our first jobs, it seemed like these existing job-finding platforms were designed for seasoned professionals, not for teenagers like us. The available options either demanded extensive experience or required qualifications that were far beyond our reach. Leaving many teenagers wondering if we would ever get a chance in the job market.
We understand the struggle of lacking experience and worrying about reliability. We wanted to make sure that finding your first job is not only easy but also exciting and rewarding. That's why Bloom is specifically designed to cater to teenagers like us. Our platform offers job opportunities that require little to no experience or qualifications, putting the emphasis on giving you opportunities to shine.
