a. Job Seekers: As a job seeker, you are responsible for verifying the authenticity and credibility of job listings and employers. It is essential to exercise caution and use your judgment when applying for jobs or sharing personal information with potential employers.
b. Employers: If you are an employer using Bloom to post job listings, you are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information provided in the job listings. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing the employment of teenagers.
Bloom, its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to the use or inability to use our platform, job listings, or interactions with employers, regardless of the cause of action. This includes but is not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, even if Bloom has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Bloom and its officers, employees, and affiliates harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or related to your use of our platform, violation of these Terms, or any infringement of another party's rights.
